Job Filler is a Chrome extension that autofills job application forms using information you enter yourself, and can load documents from your own Job Hunter Suite / CV Builder account. This page explains what data the extension handles and what happens to it.
Only what you type into the extension yourself:
Job Filler does not collect this data automatically, does not track your browsing, and does not read the content of pages you visit beyond detecting form fields to autofill and, optionally, a job posting's company/title text when you use the "Detect Job from This Page" feature.
All of the above is stored locally in your browser via the standard
chrome.storage.local extension API. It stays on your device and is never sent to
us or to any third party by default.
Data leaves your browser only when you take an action that requires it, and only to the specific service you've configured yourself under "Integration settings":
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone beyond the services you've explicitly connected.
You can edit or clear any field directly in the extension's side panel at any time. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. If you've connected a Job Hunter Suite or CV Builder account, you can revoke that connection any time from that account's own dashboard (regenerating your key immediately invalidates the old one).
